True Maps 3 App Reviews

I was in UK last weekend. iPhone gps and my navsat were down. Ive installed truemaps on my wifes iPad and downloaded the 3 maps I needed and that was all. I could find my way "old school style". It saved my day (if not my life)...

Aplicativo pratico.

I found this app difficult to use at first but eventually I was able to download a few maps to my Ipod Touch. Once you are viewing a map that you downloaded (created) you cant zoom out from that map to another area. When you zoom out within a map there is very little detail left. This app has room for improvement.

It was nice to have

Traveling in Paris without a data plan. But the pre-loaded map worked with the phones GPS and was very helpful way-finding. Not helpful for searches of restaurants or directions when offline.

Trying to get map of Toronto and will not download. Only give me a map of Sydney.

Pain trying to download offline maps I dont recommend it and false ad because dosnt have turn by turn

I want my money back. If I could rate less than one star, I would. Doesnt let you download anything other than Sydney, Australia.

Map works fine I guess, but navigation they charge $4.99 for simply does nothing. Total ripoff. Do not buy.

I downloaded the update but my application is not working now. I have iphone 4s please solve this problem.

I downloaded this app because i research addresses all day long at my job and thought it would be a great help I was sadly mistaken this app gives no option to download maps of citys from a list you have to zoom into an area and pray when you hit the download button that you get the right area also an iPad version wouldnt hurt I mean if your going to release something like this dont you think it would be a good idea

Wont even display all the places Ive marked. It can show one at a time, but difficult to manage and can easily be moved by accident.

App is Garbage! Traveling to a town on the Baja of Mexico. Wanted a map better than MapApp on iphone4, so upgraded. It knows where this town is but shows no streets and names only the major hwy that passes through. Complete junk. Asking for a refund!

This app performs so badly I am considering disputing the charge on my charge account. Save your money. Concept is great and needs to be executed well. This app fails in execution.

Works well in cities where you do not have a data plan. It is ideal for self-exploring walks in foreign cities, to know where you are in relation to where you want to be. The catalog of places of interest is sub-par, as should be expected with user-contributed maps. It does not replace a GPS, which it is not meant to be anyway.

The ability to access maps off line and prepare for a trip is great. Maps are clear and great references for places to go.

I love that I can wander around now without worrying that Ill never find my way back to my hotel.

Trying to map between Cancun and Playa del Carmen. Not very easy, have to load each city and the maps do not work together.
